Caring for members’ customers

As an industry association, CRI naturally looks out for the welfare of its members. That means we at CRI also look out for the welfare of our members’ customers.

We do it by providing a range of publications for general and specialized audiences. From consumer guides on selection, installation and maintenance (the newest addition being the Carpet Cleaning Tips for Dummies^® booklet) to technical brochures for specifiers, designers and installers, we make sure that everyone gets the information he or she needs to make smarter choices.

The Carpet and Rug Institute offers numerous publications, some of which are available online and can be downloaded at no charge.
